The file will play but shows an error on wmp that restricts burning directly. I can only burn if I right click and send to cd burner. This burns the file but I can only open it from the cd on a computer and it does not work in a cd player.

Thanks for your response. It looks like you are understanding the problem. I have checked the record, pause and play buttons and they are inactive. Trouble Saving
I began a recording, then stopped and restarted thus having two tracks. I closed the top track because the data was in the bottom track. Now I cannot save, play, cut, copy, etc. Is there any way to save this recording? Thanks
