ok i finally figured it out thanks to someone on another board. The 1/4" TRS/TS plug that you speakers are connected to the fast track, unplug them and connect them to the input of the fast track, then use headphones to hear the sound.....works perfect in audacity now. so to make it simple...outputs...

yea, it came with ableton. I use cubase, and it wont record streaming audio like audacity....so im guessing that ableton wont be able to either...
