There is no switch on it to select Line or USB.
Connected on USB the sound is the same as connected to Line.
Is it possible that the pre amplifier is broken?

Please, can someone help me ... ? We have a Lenco L-3866USB turntable, a computer running Windows 7 and Audacity 1.3.11 (beta). The turntable is connected by USB.
