I have been using 1.3.11 just fine up until a few days ago when things just stopped working. Every time I tried to "Apply Chain" to files, it would load an mp3 up until 4 seconds left then Audacity would freeze and start "Not Responding". I figured it was just a glitch, rebooted ...
