Bit rate
How do you change the bit rate in version 1.3.11? I can't find it anywhere. Sorry. I'm not real good with audio editing programs.

Hi, I have the latest beta version of Audacity. All my sound drivers are 64 bit, as I am running a 64 bit system. My speakers work fine. But I can't get any sound when I am recording. Is this normal or is something wrong? I thought I should be able to hear what I am recording, so I can hear when the...
