My guess is that the reason that the Audio DJ 4 is listed twice is because the sound card drivers are as two stereo pairs rather than one 4 channel device. You may have the wrong instance selected for the inputs that you are using. hmm ok I'll check that out but for recording device I should chose ...

Hey.. I posted this a while ago and read that article but I still can't quite get the sound quality to improve at all. In that link it said to select USB audio CODEC I believe as the recording device but thats not a choice. My choices for devices are as follows: Microsoft Sound Mapper- Input, Audio ...

another thing:
I read on another post that if your pc doesn't have a line in jack then your only other option is an external sound card. I've tried selecting the sound card on the device option but when i record theres no feedback. THe sound card is an audio dj 4 (traktor scratch)

dj mix audio quality
Hey, I've been to improve my audio quality on my dj mix for the past couple weeks. I've hooked up my mixer to my pc properly (i think) but i can't change the input to a "line in" so I think it's just recording microphone quality? I'm not sure but I'm sure it's something small that I'm doin...
