I need to convert the wave to an MP-3 file and Audacity won't let me do it without going to a "LAME_enc.dll ..and when I downloaded that, that didn't work either. WHY does Audacity ONLY record things in "WAVE?" What other recording device can I download that records in Mp-3's? Can any...
