Saving a file with a reduced bit rate from the original
Hopefully this will be a simple one. I want to reduce the bit rate of an mp3 file that I'm trying to save from 128kbps to 64 kbps so that the voice file would be small enough to email. I can see how to change to the project rate (Hz) but not the bit rate. I can only seem to save it at 128kbps How do...
