Re: click sound
The normalize tool works great, thanks!
Yeah my sound card is low quality. Do you think I should buy a usb microphone so it doesn't have to go through the sound card?kozikowski wrote: That downward shift in your show is not normal and indicates damage.

Re: timeshift
thanks I tried that but it doesn't really work. it highlights both tracks but when you time shift it, it only time shifts one at a time. oh well I guess I'll just do it one by one using the mouse.

I have the same problem With a "RODE Poscaster microphone" ? Are you on Vista? Do you have a version of the RODE Poscaster microphone that requires the firmware update? Are you using Audacity 1.3.11? No I'm using a different microphone. http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?produc...

Re: Very Low levels from recording voice from mike
I have the same problem. A couple of days ago I was recording at my friends house, and it was way too quiet. I had the windows controls turned all the way up and I had the audacity microphone input volume all the way up too. You could hear it but it was very very quiet. Can anyone help me?

Re: combine audio tracks
Yes I am using 1.2.6. I want to combine tracks together because they are taking up too much space. For example see the picture. Thanks.
