sounds good there , i got an old note book , and found now that , iam in need of a desk top , with regular in out , i found theres a way to go from headphones to microphone on my laptop , which will also convert to stereo , on the audacity program . now also figured that my tap deck dont have in out...

ps I found some usefull info on all replys relating to ,recording through ,stereo headphone out , laptop microphone in ,which seems to only record in mono , and sounds shite . going back to desktop all the best .
