Nope...... That seems to work for those who get a specific error message while trying to open 1.3.8. Thanx anyway.

1.3.8 won't open
I've tried a zipped & regular download of 1.3.8 beta on my Vista PC, both won't open. I've installed & ran a few previous versions w/ no problem. I don't get an error code, but a window that says (roughly): "A problem caused this program to close", & then my help & support ...
