Instrumental Records onto Vocal Track as well..
hey all, just upgraded to the 1.3 beta and i'm experiencing this problem. i'll have the instrumental track on top and when i record my vocals, the instrumental also records onto the vocal track. therefore, i do not have a track that is only the vocals, but a combination of both the instrumental AND ...

RE-RECORDS THE TRACK AUTOMATICALLY
hello,
i have a recording problem -- i place a track into audacity and press record, but it re-records the track. my vocals come out fine as well, but the track is re-recorded on top, so it is layered. i went through the preferences, but can't find a solution to this!!! please help! thanks!
