Audacity Forum

I looked over the wiki stuff previously and the compatibility isnt in 95 and i tried doing the driver stuff and nothing has worked thus far. Is there anything similar to audacity that wont crash every time i can download?

Everytime i download audacity (regardless of what version it is, or what server its from) after i finish installing it, i launch it and an error pops up saying a problem caused this program to close, windows will search for a solution, and gives me the option of then closing the program.
