Thanks so much jademan! I found what was the previous name, changed it en I could open it again

I was editing last week and I wanted to continue editing but now I cannot open my file anymore. I remember that I renamed the file, what's going wrong?
The error: "couldn't load file: [file direction]".

Hours of editing is done, so I realy hope you have some suggestions!
