Tried what you did still getting the error

Realtek High definition audio that's what I get...

i do have ASIO but none of them are active when i open audacity

Hello, I'm new here.
So I've been using audacity for a while now,
And suddenly audacity just gives me the no audio devices found. I have other software
and they all work except audacity.
Here are some logs below.
