Thanks for the responses. I guess I will have to get a different sound card if I continue.
There does not seem to be anyway to get the input source drop down box with everything I have tried. There seems to be no other option.

I had alreaady looked at the realtek screen to try to adjust per some of the other suggestions previously read in Q&A's. No luck. I also looked at realtek using control panel and accessing realtek. Nothing there to help ether. I want to transfer some of my old tapes to CD, and without being able...

I have looked at answers to others with this type of problem, however none of the suggested things to try have worked. I have downloaded v 1.2.6 and my OS is XP home. The system has realtek.
