Hmmm, did the 1.3.9 install but same result. Although this time it started scanning my VST's - got stuck on one of them and then the never-ending error box appeared...

After installing 1.3.8 I get an error message of "Can't load module. 'Chorus Effect". Clicking ok just makes a beep and the box reappears with 'dehaupt MatchGate' instead of 'Chorus Effect', then eventually with 'dehaupt to CVtoMIDI_CC' instead of MatchGate. I want to reduce the background noise from a voice recording, while minimizing the quality-loss from the speech. I read somewhere else that it's good to amplify the noise profile before sampling it, and that seems to be the case. But how much amplification? And how about the other settings? I've tri...
