Sorry for the late reply, I forgot about this issua. No, I am not running wayland, so that is unfortunately not the problem. Anything else I could check?

I recently upgraded to Lubuntu 19.10, and I also changed PC (migrating my installation), so I'm not sure when this happened or what caused it.
