I've never tried it, but, I don't see why not... Import Audio (the song), Preferences "play other tracks while recording new one", and record/play away... When done, Export as WAV...

Whenever I have a delay while recording guitar tracks together, I use the "Time Shift" tool to move and sync it to where it belongs...
