I'm on WinXP SP3, and upon clicking Get Noise Profile after selecting an interval results in an immediate "Send Error Report?" - style crash. I DLed the alpha (Audacity ® 1.3.8-alpha_May 1 2009 (Unicode)) and it happened there as well. I was using noise reduction with abandon a couple of months ago ...
