I have just downloaded Auticity 1.3. for Windows Vista, I have followed the insturctions up to Edit > Preference > Audacity Prefernces > tab Audio I/Q , and the playback device is set to MME Microsoft soundmopper, But on Recording devices it doesnt let me pick one.
