Thank you but that only addresses the microphone problem. My problem is that it won't let me open Audacity at all. (See attached)

After years of using Audacity for editing I can no longer even open the latest version on Catalina 10.15.2. "Audacity can't be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software."
