Thank you for the response....After about half hour, I figured out what I wasn't doing. They did fix it and it is under options at the final step before it exports to your file folder. Again, thanks for the response.

I have been using Audacity for quite a few years now and have never encountered this problem. After downloading the new beta version of Audacity 1.3.7, I can no longer choose which bit rate to export at.
