I've just tried this and it worked as expected. Are you applying the chain to the current project or applying to files? If applying to files, what sort of files? I have a very simple chain the does the following: StereoToMono Normalize Leveller Normalize ExportWav Nowhere in the chain am I asking to export the file(s) as MP3, and yet it won't run because it "needs the file lame_end.dll to create MP3s."
