I'm using Audacity 2.2.1. Rhythm track is present and works.

I'm on a Mac and updated the OS to make sure that's not the issue.

I'm in audacity 2.2.1 and I just re-installed from the website. Rhythm track is available and opens into a large menu.

I installed by launching the standard dmg and did the click-drag into applications folder thing.

Sorry very frustrated - I can't get the De-Esser to show up under plugins. I followed the links you posted above about how to install .ny plugins - when I navigated to Library/Application Support/audacity there was no Plug-Ins folder at all. I wound up copy pasting the De-Ess and De-Click .ny files ...
