Audacity 2.1.2
Manual is not too clear on how to cut songs from different tracks and paste into one new track. Any help?

Thanks for the reply. It was helpful. I have been using Windows Media Player to burn. It doesn't give me any gap options. The CDs I have been burning this way will play back but without gaps to allow skipping through tracks. I tried the method suggested, i.e. breaking into individual files, then com...

Using USB turntable ITUT-400, connected by RCA connectors to ADS "Instant Music",which I assume is a preamp. This is connected to computer via USA cable. Turntable came with Audacity software. I do not notice much difference in sharpness between original recording and Audacity playback. Mo...

Separating songs before burning to CD
Using Audacity 2.1.0 with W10
I record from vinyl 33, split and label tracks, export multiple in Wav, then burn to CD as one wav file. When I play cd on car player, cannot jump to next tune.

Using 2.1.0 I import music from 33 record to Audacity, then burn to CD. Resulting sound from CD is much more sharp and high pitched than original.
