Two Audacities

Hello. My old question was not answered. I think the main problem is that I have too many programs running automatically. That's why I uninstalled Dropbox, which I don't use anymore. I noticed that I have both Audacity 2.1.3 and Audacity 2.2.1. Can I uninstall the old one without causing problems wi...

P.S. Please help me

P.S. Sorry: one sentence (When I try to do something to the pitch (frequency) or amplitude, but the computer says: "There is no space…") became linguistically a little confused last night. But, however, please answer soon. Would reinstalling Audacity help (I don't think so)?

Re: Stretching

Hello! Please help me. This kind of problem happens to me nowadays many times a day. Sometimes turning off and restarting computer helps, sometimes not. When I try to do something to the pitch (frequency) or amplitude, but the computer says: "There is no space…". What should I do? Please tell me. Un...

About click removal and amplitude

Good morning.
I have used random cutoff Nyquist effect to my sounds. I noticed that using click removal makes the wanted crispy sound effect even stronger. But unfortunately the amplitude becomes smaller. How can the change of amplitude be avoided?

-40....-27.....-5.....-27.....-40

Hello. You wrote "If you change pitch and tempo tohether...". I don't change tempo. In my piece there is no tempo. There is only time-axis. But I have a new question: I want to do this kind of amplitude shifting to a long tone: -40....-27.....-5.....-27.....-40 Is there an easy way to do it? I have ...

correcting amplitude

Hello again. Thank you for answer. Please answer all 4 questions. I used "crossfade tracks" many times yesterday and mixed everything to one track. But the question is this: How do I correct the mixed result (instead of doing one day of work again) to make the volume (= amplitude) remain always abou...
