Thanks all for your suggestions. Just getting back to this now and about to dive back in and fix the issues with the album btw is Rolling Stones - Hot Rocks. I removed the belt and put it back on as per Instructions and it works fine! I must have put the belt on wrong.

Now I have to learn how to save an album and export it to Itunes. I guess the help I need will be elsewhere on this forum.

I'm gonna wait until I decide whether I need to take the turntable back to Best Buy. Don't go crazy yet. Let's see if it's a simple setting somewhere. With the older Audacity 2.1.2 it wasn't unusual for the two digital sample rates to get out of step and cause either too fast or too slow. It should...

Thanks all. I have audio-technica AT-LP60-USB turntable. There is no other speed controls on my unit.

I will download the newer version of Audacity but I'm gonna wait until I decide whether I need to take the turntable back to Best Buy.
