I removed the belt and put it back on as per Instructions and it works fine! I must have put the belt on wrong.

Now I have to learn how to save an album and export it to Itunes. I guess the help I need will be elsewhere on this forum.

I'm gonna wait until I decide whether I need to take the turntable back to Best Buy. Don't go crazy yet. Let's see if it's a simple setting somewhere. Thanks all. I have audio-technica AT-LP60-USB turntable. There is no other speed controls on my unit.

I will download the newer version of Audacity but I'm gonna wait until I decide whether I need to take the turntable back to Best Buy.
