I got it this time. I have never used Notepad before. I edited the line in Bandstop.ny like you suggested to bring the limit up, and it works.

I also played with the Q in Notch Filter, and end up using 0.5 to 0.2 to widen the notch in the music for tinnitus. What I don't understand is the Q vs the Stop Band Width. For example, if I use white noise and 10000 Hz frequency and stop band width of 1.0, I get a very wide notch. If I use the same...

I just figured out that I can notch above 10,000 Hz with Notch Filter. I used the default Q=1.0 with the frequency of 10404 Hz. Is that OK?
