Let me pass along what just worked for me. I upgraded from Win 7 to 10 two days ago. Audio worked fine with an M-Audio Delta 2496 board including ASIO support which I verified with Reaper. Tried to use Skype, video ok but no audio with Logitech webcam. I launched Audacity which found no audio device...
