I'm having problems with keyboard short cuts. When I press Control+M to add an index point at the playback position, it adds the index point, but then jumps back to the previous index point. so i have to scroll forward again. This is annoying. Am I doing anything wrong? Audacity 2.2.2, Windows 10 54...

I like to have the window stretched out to the full width of my monitor but at the bottom of the screen. With 2.1.1 it used to open like this, now it always opens at a standard size. When is this bug likely to be fixed?

I am using 2.1.2 on Win 7 64 bit via the .exe installer.
