Recording sustained tones
I just downloaded Audacity 1.3.7 (Unicode). It records short tones fine, but any sustained tone (or tones) over a couple of seconds drops off into a wispy whiney tunnely sound at low volume. If I stop the tone, and keep on recording, the next occurrence of the tone seems to pick up at normal volume,...
