Re: Paste clip too large error bug?
Interesting.... Tell me, where is the link to the known 2.4.1 bugs you mentioned? I find it coincidental that the other post I made about mix-down only shows the top stereo track being selected after the mixing of just stereo tracks and this anomaly is only effecting the upper half of the new stereo...

Re: Paste clip too large error bug?
Hi Steve, Note that in track behaviors preferences I only have "Enable dragging selection edges" and "Type to create a label" checked. Starting with a stereo track, and using the selection tool, move to middle and hit "Ctrl+I" to split the track. On right half of track somewhere, select a couple mea...

2.4.1 track mix bug
Using win7 pro with 2.4.1. Found that when doing mix-down of multiple selected stereo tracks, the result shows only half the result to be selected as shown. Easy to fix but maybe indicative of an underlying problem?

Re: Paste clip too large error bug?
Still waiting for this bug to be fixed. With 2.3.3 always had to open a section in the track to paste that was over-sized but if error for being too large happened, no negative results as could undo. Now with 2.4.1 was hoping it was fixed but when trying to paste OVER a section of track, half the tr...

Re: vertical spacing of tracks not saved?
Well, worked with it for awhile now, no luck. I swear I used to be able to save track heights with project but now it's either all compressed with "fit height" set or default has huge tracks that need re-sizing or compressing. I usually have a few tracks compressed with other full open for editing a...

Very slow loading of V2.3.3
Win 7 pro running V2.3.3. Problem is very long boot time when starting program (says unresponsive). Looked at the log file (attached) and the PATH search line goes on for days? Is that correct or do I have something out of sorts? Thanks!

Re: MP4 video audio recorded to WAV or ?
Thanks for the info. I've been using ClipGrab to DL concert clips from YouTube to record the audio from. Looking closer, there is "quality" & "format" settings for the DLs https://clipgrab.org/faqs/supported-formats I see now that I can just DL the audio direct from YouTube....(doh!) Still not sure ...

MP4 video audio recorded to WAV or ?
Using V2.3.3 with Win 7 pro. I've been recording MP4 videos audio off youtube then saving to WAV files. I must be stupid for not knowing this but accidentally dragged and dropped the MP4 file directly into Audacity instead of the player I record from. (MPC-HC) Apparently I can just load it then save...

vertical spacing of tracks not saved?
I notice with V2.3.3 running on win-7 pro that I can't save changes in vertical track spacing anymore? Songs all load now with full size height for every track no matter how many I'm using. I'm pretty sure It used to remember all my screen layouts? Am I missing a setting option in the new version or...
