thanks, upgraded to 2.1. went to Audio Devices and Scarlett doesn't appear on the Input list of devices. only Built=in Microphone, and Built-in Input

I'm having the same problem. Using an old Macbook Pro with 10.6. The green USB light on the scarlett 2i2 comes on but it does not appear in the drop down list for recording. I'm not a sophisticated user of either mac or the scarlett (just bought both). I tried Transport > Rescan but that didn't work...
