In my project, I have created more tracks than I want to burn to and audio CD. How do I select only those tracks that I want to use, then Export them as WAV and burn to an audio CD?

I have a CD that contains a stereo track that contains music with the melody and a stereo track that contains the same music without the melody. When I import both of these tracks they are not aligned. I have used the track align tool but is there a more precise method to align the tracks?
