Shows up in devices and printers as av /c tape recorder /player and in device manager imaging devices.
I'm getting good recordings using a direct cable from the vcr to the on board audios line in connector.

The ADVC-110 will do sound only, this model has a dip switch to select this. I have a lot of FM college radio recorded on vhs and beta hifi. I'm using windv to capture the audio, the file I get opens in Audacity no problem.

Hi, I'm using a Canopus ADVC-110 for video capturing and would like to use it with Audacity for audio recording. I cannot select it in sources.
