If I went to the site, clicked download and followed the prompts, open Audacity and press help. The result is a screen saying it is not there, should I uninstall the program and try reinstalling or is there a solution that uses the recommended 7zip, which I have also loaded. My experience is limited...

I have followed the provided instructions and downloaded the manual zip file. I have unzipped it so a "Help" folder appears under the program filesx86audacity path and still the program tells me I don't have the help file loaded. I am unsure how to install it properly. Any help will be app...
