I repeatedly bump pan or volume in my efforts to move tracks around and I usually can't figure out what is wrong for a while. Unless there is already a way to lock them, I think that would be a useful feature.
This had to have been thought of, but I wish the forums were not divided by OS.

My projects quickly become very awkward to deal with. I would like to choose a few tracks, stuff them into another project then later combine tracks from different projects. I usually want to be able to put in exact numbers instead of dragging back and forth and back and forth over and over trying to get the cursor positioned just right. Is there a general way to do this?
