Audacity Forum

I am running windows vista, i have this problem with manycam too so its nothing wrong with my download of audacity, when i load the program it shows the temporary window and then crashes just giving the error message Audacity.exe has stopped working, please help

I am using vista, everytime i load audacity it just says "Audacity.exe has stopped working" and its not just with that it happens it happens on manycam too, most likely its something to do with my sound settings please help and dont tell me to delete audacity.cfg because for one its not in my appdat...
