I have been searching without any success on how to delete recent files in Audacity player.There is a file in there by mistake not associated with recorder and it is messing another program associated with it

That is what I was talking about,thanks for the help .It took awhile to figure out what was meant by L/H but I stumbled across by mistake and the box turned blue,,HAHAHA

I think I did what you asked .I zoomed all the way until it would not go further and I never saw any words. Might be me !!!! What I'm trying to do is write all the words on paper from a song I recorded from a old cd I had. If it cant be done Ill just put headphones on and go little by little

Just wondering if there is a way to slow the playback way down to copy some words on a recording
