I can confirm this problem. I use the Delta 1010LT soundcard from m-audio and it does'n detect the 8 analog-input channels the hardware provides. Probably you could implement an option in the settings called "force multitrack" before you get the detecting correct"

multitrack recording not working anymore
Hi After updating from Version 1.3.4 to 1.3.6, I was not able to select more than 2 channels for recording. I use the Delta 1010LT soundcard from m-audio. What possibly am I doing wrong?
