Has anyone got any good tips for making an audio track sound like it was recorded over the telephone? I use audacity for recording dramas, and this is a frequent need.

I don't seem to have an audacity.cfg file, or an audacity folder, anywhere that I can see: not in macintosh hd/users/ginestre/Library/Application Support or in macintosh hd/Library/Application Support or even in macintosh hd/users/shared Is this the cause of my problem?
