I'm sorry to say that, using the command line in the terminal, the problem still occurs, also when working on other projects on a different machine. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that the project's length is 2 1/2 hours long?

The recorded session were originally one recording. The recording starts with a song. The static pops are clearly hearable....
