No clicks on that ("raw voice2").
It was Q2 that had the frequent metallic click ...

IMO not in-mouth noise on Q2

Re: Blending singing with accompaniment

Can put the orchestra in the bathroom by adding reverb,
but removing bathroom-reverb from singing is impossible.

Re: Reducing booming

I am using your (Trebor's) DeSibilator ... What should I do to dial this back? RMS is a first-approximation for the desibilator threshold, if there is lisping with the threshold at RMS value, try raising the threshold from the RMS value in 1dB steps until the lisping goes away. e.g. if the RMS is -...

Couter-Desib-Desib-Couture.wav ...What do you think?

Re: Records half of stereo signal

I am trying to record a stereo signal out of a Behringer QX1002USB mixer into Audacity (3.0.2) using the USB connection. I have a stereo signal at the mixer, but when recording, Audacity seems to 'double' the left hand channel to create the stereo recording. The right channel from the mix is lost ....

Re: Reducing booming

So I want the redline to be just at, or below the black line? When the red line corresponds with the black line it's not doing anything. when the red line goes below the black it's attenuating the output. Any reason you have it set to Sybil instead of Human? Supposedly Sybil removes more sibilance ...

Re: Reducing booming

The free version of Couture (expander plugin) can attenuate some of the room reverb... I'm trying to set it up properly, and as usual my old ear is not good enough to decide myself ... You can tell visually when it's right from the red line on the Couture display: around 6dB reduction when you are ...
