Thanks for your note. I attached a WAV sample as suggested. I suppose I could try the Audacity noise reduction effect but the voice is not very clear. I also didn't understand what you were saying about 256 vs 128. It sounded like you were saying to use 256 even though GoPro only records at 128Kbps ...
