I hadn't come across that setting, so no, haven't tried that. If I remember I will try it. If it's any help, the way the sound level came up and went down was very gentle - almost like a fade-in and a fade-out. It was the regular 6-second timing that really intrigued me!

The Labels method referred to above will overcome the track-break issue.

Thanks for that. I wasn't aware of the Labels method for splitting up the audio from a whole LP side - will definitely give that a go.
