Thanks Koz. I'll give the compressor a try and see what happens. It sounds like that might help. Is there a way to view the 'promissory notes' changes to the waveform before exporting?

I have tried all of the suggestions regarding getting a decent volume of sound for my podcast. My input levels are great - just under 0 at my loudest points - it sounds strong in my headphones.
