Yes, this is what's so crazy. It's on Stereo Mix, but not recording through the stereo mix, but the microphone instead. Here's a screenshot of the Audacity > Edit > Preferences > Devices > Recording > Device section: http://screencast.com/t/2BkbP9n1

Adding salt to the wound...with Stereo Mix enabled and selected, the laptop is recording streams, BUT, via the microphone which is not selected. ????????????????

I know I can "Label" tracks and export multiple. I also know one can automatically segment a track by "finding silence".

Can I Audacity automatically divide a track into equal segments (e.g. 10 minute segments) or must I do that manually?
