Asio Drivers/ 0 latency?

Hello, i am using Adobe audition and i would like to get (atleatst close to) 0 latency? I've heard about Asio drivers and that they can get latency down to 4ms. Does anyone know where i can get one? I am using Windows 7, 64 bit.

I tried to reboot the computer but it actually made it worse...now it sounds really muffled and theres alot of brown noise (i think its brown noise)?

I just got a new mic: A MU-75 Usb Condenser mic, but all it records is white noise and then my VERY distorted voice which is really low no matter how close i get to it...Does anyone know why?

Mic doesn't work?

Hello, I just tried to record but it didnt record my mic, it recorded white noise? I have tried looking at the sound mixer and i have chosen my mic and everything but it still doesn't work? Is this a problem with my mic or is it the soundcard or something?

Hello, well i know Daft Punk uses a vocoder (or a talkbox, not sure which one it is) and that its a machine, but is there a good vocoder plugin that can recreate that kind of effect? I know theres a built in plugin in audacity but its pretty bad...

Well i am pretty experienced in recording and i have a good place to record. I have been using my microphone for a long time, and i am not doing a podcast, i do various things but it should be a good mic for narration? Any particular mic's that are good for narration? P.s i am also buying a popfilte...

What kind of mic should i buy?

I am going to buy a new mic, but i dont know which one i should get? Its going to be used primarily for talking. It should cost about 200-250$. Also i live in Denmark so dont link a page from America that you can order from.
