Smoothing out an edit
Using Audacity on Mac OSX 10.6.8 on an iMac. Downloaded with dmg file.
I just cut from one track and pasted to another. There's a very slight hesitation between the old bit and the new. Is there a way to smooth this? Many thanks.

Works sporadically
I'm running Audacity 2.0.1 on Mac OSX 10.6.8. When I'm editing a piece of music I only seem to be able to perform one edit. Then everything (cut, export, etc.) greys out and I need to close the file, save as an .aup, and then reopen to perform another edit or to export as any other kind of file. Wha...
